Fauna includes the animal kingdom, from mammals and birds to insects and aquatic life. These biological communities form intricate ecosystems, each species playing a role in maintaining ecological balance. Flora provides oxygen, food, and habitats, while fauna contributes to pollination, seed dispersal, and nutrient cycling.
